Readings and Homily: Friday 14th August 2020

Kolbe stood against the evil of indifference, proactively showing empathy for refugees, and opposing the persecution of the Jewish people by the Nazis, eventually leading to his death at Auschwitz in 1941. Let us learn from his life, and learn not to be indifferent to the plight of refugees and and those in crisis today.
